The MOQ for production largely depends on the specific product categories involved. To ensure every project gets the attention it deserves, we request the following MOQs.
Co-packing: 500 units.
Tin and paper boxes: 500 units.

How can I get a quote?
To quote, we will need to get your requirements on the materials, quantity, artwork files or sample, and product dimensions.
For a co-packing project, please specify how you want us to pack your products.
What is your Production Lead Time?
It depends on the quantity, category of packaging materials and complexity of the project. Please contact our account managers for a precise lead time.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, however there might be a rush charge. The amount depends on the timeframe and the quantity ordered.
Could you deliver the goods to our warehouse or factory?
Yes, please let us know your destination in advance.
How do I submit artwork?

Can I ask for a sample before order?
Yes, we can offer you with a printed or white sample for testing before order.
What is your return policy?
All our products are custom made. Unless there are printing errors or mistakes caused by Belpax, goods are not returnable. If you find any issue with the goods, please contact us within two weeks of receipt of the goods, so that we can arrange to issue a refund or to reproduce the products.
